If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product has been purchased within the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is not used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

The costs of sending a product are free for Switzerland.

You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment to and from Riseup.

Damaged items

If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded (with some exceptions, please contact us before ordering).
Only items at a regular price can be refunded.

Secure payment by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and pre-payment. Prices may change depending on promotions.


If a product is unavailable after you have ordered it, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
You can then replace it with another article from the site or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded if your account or credit card has been debited.


Delivery is free in Switzerland.
Packages are generally delivered within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
As soon as possible, we will provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products.

Delivery abroad

No international delivery for the moment.


Return possible within 15 days, shipping costs at your expense.
If the product is new, in its original packaging, we will exchange it for a credit.

For a product under warranty, please send us an email to with a photo of the product and a description of the problem.
We will immediately contact our supplier to determine if this is indeed a warranty case.
